We participate in Medicare, Blue Cross & United Healthcare. We accept payments from other insurances, however, your coverage varies by individual policy.

Auto Accident claims are accepted. Whether you were at fault or not, on your bicycle or walking, if an automobile was involved, your auto insurance will cover your injuries. Once you contact your insurance company and they give you a claim number, call our office and we will verify your coverage for you. Then when you come in for your initial visit, we will inform you of your coverage.
Self Pay is accepted in the forms of cash, check or credit card. Payment plans will be set up for a price you can afford. We make every effort to provide exceptional care at an affordable fee.
